Who we are

BackPack CRM is operated by FLI Sites(“we”, “us”). It is an internal business tool used by our team to manage leads, build and host websites for local service businesses, send review-request text messages on behalf of those businesses, and publish short promotional videos on our own social media channels.

SMS / text messaging

FLI Sites sends review-request text messages, identified as FLI Sites, after jobs completed by the local service businesses whose websites we run. Messages are sent only to customers who gave their mobile number and agreed to receive a text from FLI Sites. Each customer receives at most one review request per completed job.

For this purpose we collect the customer’s mobile number, the name of the business they worked with, the date consent was recorded, and the delivery status of the message. We use this information solely to send the requested message and to honor opt-out requests.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is shared only with our messaging delivery provider as needed to transmit the message.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email jimmy@flisites.com. Message and data rates may apply.

Information we collect

• Business information about the local businesses we work with: name, address, phone number, website, publicly listed Google Business Profile details (photos, ratings, reviews), and photos or videos the business owner shares with us.
• Social media account datafor the YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts that we own and connect to this tool: account ID, display name or handle, and OAuth access tokens. We do not connect or access our clients’ social media accounts.
• Customer contact informationprovided to us by a client business for the purpose of sending a review-request text message: mobile phone number, first name (if provided), and a record of the customer’s consent.
• Usage data such as server logs, needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To build and host a website for each business.
• To create short promotional video clips featuring a business, and to upload those clips to our own social channels.
• To read basic performance statistics (views, likes) of clips we posted, for reports to the featured business.
• To operate, secure, and improve the tool.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising networks.

Third-party platform data

When we connect a YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account, the platform provides us an access token with the permissions we request (uploading videos and reading basic account and video information). Tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our database, are used only from our servers, and can be revoked at any time from the tool or from the platform’s own security settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of Meta and TikTok platform data adheres to their respective platform terms.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run this tool (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, and AI text generation), each bound to process it only on our instructions, and with the platforms themselves when publishing content.

Retention and deletion

Business records are kept while we have a relationship with that business. Social access tokens are deleted immediately when a channel is disconnected. You can request deletion of information about your business at any time using the contact below.
