BackPack CRM

Terms of Service

Last updated September 21, 2026

The service

BackPack CRM is an internal tool operated by FLI Sites. Through it we build and host websites for local service businesses, send review-request text messages (identified as FLI Sites) to their customers, and produce short promotional videos about those businesses, which we publish on social media channels that we own.

SMS Terms

Program description. FLI Sites sends review-request text messages, identified as FLI Sites, for the local service businesses whose websites we run. After a customer completes a job or purchase with one of these businesses, the customer may receive a single text message thanking them and inviting them to leave a Google review via a link.

Consent. Messages are sent only to customers who provided their mobile number and agreed to receive a text from FLI Sites. Consent covers FLI Sites only and is not shared with any other company. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. One message per completed job. You will not receive recurring messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges may apply to messages you receive.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from FLI Sites. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email jimmy@flisites.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for how SMS data is handled.
